IDEAS DE CENAS LIGERAS

¡Feliz martes! :D Hoy os traigo una serie de mini recetas fáciles para celiacos y no celiacos :) Perfectas para comer, pero sobre todo para cenar. Ligeras y rápidas de hacer en su mayoría ;) Si os gusta alguna en concreto, decidmelo, que os la hago con fotos, paso a paso :) Besos XXL :*

Espárragos trigueros con almendras tostadas y queso fundido.

Carne de ternera o pavo con salsa de tomate, calabaza y pimientos rojos.

Ensalada de pepinillo, rábano, atún, aceite de oliva, hierbabuena y sal ecológica.

Ensalada de ventresca, tomates cherry, tomate seco, perejil, aceitunas con anchoa y pasta sin gluten.

Verduras al vapor con salsa de aceite, ajo, albahaca y perejil picado.

Sopa de zanahoria, calabaza, champiñones, coliflor, maíz y perejil.

Crema de zanahoria, cebolla, calabaza y pimiento rojo.

Foto 1: pollo a la plancha con salsa de leche de soja, cebollino, cebolleta y teriyaki. Foto 2: ensalada de quinoa con rábano, aceitunas negras, tomates cherry, aceitunas verde y apio.

Calabacines rellenos con frijoles, maíz, salsa de tomate casero, tomates secos, pimientos asados rojos, maíz, judias verdes y un toque de tabasco.

Sopa de pollo, zanahorias, cebolleta, patatas, apio, nabo y perejil fresco.

Sopa de huevo duro, mahonesa reducida, cebolla fresca, zanahoria, nabo, ajo, pimienta roja y pollo picado.

Este fin de semana ha sido toda una cura para mi. He dormido mucho, muchísisisisiisisismo y he descansado todo y más :) ahora toca pensar en que nos quedan unos días de trabajo y luego de puente ;) Hoy os traigo un look todoterreno donde lo que más llama la atención es mi collar de cristales de Mrs. Carland y mis zapatos de ASOS, seguro que a algunas os parecen un poco bastos, yo hubiera firmado hace meses que nunca me pondría unos zapatos así, pero... probé, y ahora me encantan! son comodísimos y le dan un puntillo moderno a muchos looks! también llevo mis calcetines de gatos, regalo de mis amigos de Japón, pero en las fotos no se aprecian bien! a ver si en otro look consigo que se vean mejor ;) Feliz comienzo de semana guap@s!

¡Qué gusto da cuando empiezan a entrar los primeros días de verano de verdad! :) Alguna vez os lo he dicho, pero a riesgo de ser una repetida, volveré a deciros lo mucho que me gustan los vestidos largos, tanto los de invierno, como los de verano, como es este caso. El que llevo hoy es de Oysho y es de esos en los que desde el taco, hasta el estampado te enamoran! Promete ser una de esas prendas que amortizaré mucho en los días de calor! Decidí combinarlo con mi clucth también de Oysho y mis sandalias de Lola Cruz, que año tras año siguen siendo mis fieles amigas! :)

Buenos días de lunes, lo primero de todo pediros disculpas por haber estado casi toda una semana ausente... no tengo excusa que valga más que no he paradooo, ni tiempo para hacer fotos, ni nada de nada! Pero vuelvo al ataque, lo prometo! :) Este finde ha sido de lo más movidito, comunión en Málaga el sábado y boda también el sábado en Córdoba... así que me he tirado un fin de semana de lo más andaluz :D Os iré enseñando fotitos a lo largo de estos días, pero por ahora os dejo con mi "comulook" ;) Espero que os guste! Una de las cosas que me gusta cuando empiezan a asomar los primeros rayos de sol es darle color a mis estilismos, en este caso con mi falda "moustard" y mi bolso verde. El toque neutro se lo doy con mi camiseta de rayas de Bimba y Lola y mi inseparable cazadora de cuero!

Esta semana tengo muchas cosass para contaros, para empezar una fiesta súper chula con las chicas de VERO MODA que tendrá lugar el jueves! ganas mil :))
